As part of this strategic move, our CEO, Anders Viken Tøftemo, will be relocating to Stockholm on the 1st of May. Under his leadership, we aim to replicate our Norwegian success story, deploying solutions that have become the industry standard for finance professionals and lawyers in Norway, right here in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

As a sales professional at Nordic Issuer, you will:

  • 1. Drive the sales process from prospecting to close, focusing on new business development in the fintech and regtech sectors.
  • 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the financial services and legal industries.
  • 3. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present Nordic Issuer's solutions as industry-leading offerings.
  • 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue targeted sales opportunities.
  • 5. Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and trends to guide the evolution of our solutions.
  • 6. Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote Nordic Issuer and gather insights.
  • 7. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to our growth objectives in the Swedish market.
  • 8. Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and report on sales activities and progress.
  • 9. Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that impact our clients.
  • 10. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition post-sale and support customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • 1. Holds a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, complemented by substantial experience in sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fintech or regtech sectors.
  • 2. Demonstrates strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • 3. Is knowledgeable about the financial services and legal industries, with an ability to quickly grasp complex solutions.
  • 4. Exhibits excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with high-level decision-makers.
  • 5. Is proficient in Swedish and English, both in verbal and written form, to cater to our diverse client base and expansion goals in Sweden.
  • 6. Is proactive, driven, and possesses a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market environment.
  • 7. Has strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • 8. Is comfortable with technology and able to leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • 9. Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and personal development, keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • 10. Is a team player, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term business success.
